As a natural evolution of the coordination work in its various operational divisions, having been engaged for quite a few years in the realisation of integrated, “turn-key” projects, in 2001 the company developed this division that works in civil commercial and industrial construction both for public and private principals. Since then, as General Contractor we have operated as a single correspondent for the construction and refitting of buildings: A single agent, to whom the realisation of infrastructure may be entrusted, with its own organisational, technical and operational capacities, beginning from the design stages on up to the realisation and to the later maintenance of the works.
By way of our own technical design office, the UGC Division, we are able to manage even very complicated commissions whilst respecting established schedules. Whether it is a refurbishment or a new construction, we handle the design and planning, the material realisation as well as the administration of all of the work necessary for the completion of the job, including all of the supplementary works such as:
