Over forty years of activity, always ahead, always developing.

The company was founded in 1963, but began expanding immediately; so much so that it became a limited company, and continued to increase its staff and its technical and creative capacities, winning over an ever greater number of customers and multiplying its lines of business, and, consequently, also its sales.

In 1976, on the crest of its continual success and aiming at new and more concrete growth targets, S.E.I. strengthened the company’s economic situation, becoming a public company and increasing its share parcel with holdings in important financial companies..

Its escalation continued with diversification of its fields of action, and in 1991 it purchased SITIS (Società Impianti Termici Industriali S.p.A.), a company established in 1956, constructors of thermo mechanical and air conditioning systems, and which, after the merger in 1994, has now become an S.E.I. division.

But S.E.I.’s history continues, and will continue to develop in the future.
