• The Electrical-Instrumental Systems Division: for the design, creation and maintenance of both public and private electrical and instrumentation systems.
  
• The SITIS Division: this division is entirely dedicated to the planning, construction and maintenance of thermo mechanical systems.
  
• General Contractor Division: this division works with, civil, commercial and industrial construction for both public and private principals, operating as a single correspondent for the construction and refitting of buildings.

These three structures work in perfect symbiosis, allowing S.E.I. to offer complete management services for systems and buildings. Thanks to these synergies, as well as the usual maintenance services, S.E.I. has been able to create and develop important services for the management and maintenance of both electric and thermo mechanical systems.

But this is not all: thanks to the tried and tested experience and partnerships that have been strengthened in recent years, today S.E.I. can supply integrated services, also managing and coordinating activities carried out by third parties.
